These terms govern your use of the Viral app and getviral.social (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. You may verify your account by SMS one-time code; by entering your number and requesting a code you agree to our SMS Terms & Consent.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Viral to break the law, harass others, send spam, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it within the Service. You’re responsible for the content you share.

Service & changes

The Service is provided “as is.” We may update features and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
